Chris has been a Quantity Surveyor since 1967 and has been a Director of Davis Langdon (formerly Knapman Clark) since 1987.  Chris is a past President of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors and has served on the Auckland Branch Executive of the NZIQS for over 20 years.  Chris is currently the Chairman of the Quantity Surveyors' Registration Board, a division of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors.  Chris has extensive experience working in the Pacific Islands and administers Davis Langdon's work in the South Pacific Region.

Chris Sutherland is a Director and Shareholder of Davis Langdon and is based in the Auckland Office. Chris is also a Director of Davis Langdon & Seah International.
