Shaun Cugley joined the Adelaide office of Davis Langdon in 2000. He was transferred to the Perth office after working on a major project in Adelaide for a West Australian client. Shaun has remained in Perth and was elevated to Associate Director level in 2004.

Shaun’s role as a Principal includes marketing and client liaison. He looks after a significant number of clients in a variety of diversified projects.

His expertise includes preliminary cost planning and feasibility advice, contract conditions and procurement options, advice and assessment of construction related cost savings, preparation of tax depreciation schedules and building insurance valuations.
