Davis Langdon provided full Project Management and Cost Management services from project definition (PDP) stage through to final account.

Provision of a new middle and senior school learning facility on a new site, with four main precints (Core, Arts/Culture, Innovation/Business and Science/Social Science) which make and present philosophies of modern high school teaching. Project procurement was lump sum D&C. Special approvals required included Ministerial Designation and Operation Works.

Through the provision of a combined Project and Cost Management commission Davis Langdon provided a ‘seamless’ service enabling accurate and timely advice to the client. Davis Langdon’s experienced team were able to ensure the project was delivered within budget, on time, to the required quality and complied with the specific operational procedures applicable to the client.
