The Campbelltown Retirement Village consists 10 multi-storey buildings comprising 310 self-care units of either two or three bedrooms, a 60-bed residential aged care facility, and a community centre.

The project is being constructed in multiple stages with the residents for the first stage moving in before commencement of construction of the later stages.

The project is complicated as the main optic fibre cable between Melbourne and Sydney passes through the site requiring close liaison with Telstra during construction.  Davis Langdon has also had close liaison with RTA, Campbelltown Council and Department of Health (the adjacent land owner) as part of the site has been subjected to nuisance flooding from the surrounding main roads.

This project is due for completion in May 2007.  Results will be available then.
