City Central Tower 1 is a feast of firsts for building design in South Australia that is set to transform the Adelaide CBD skyline. 

Rising from the heart of the city the City Central Tower 1 boasts 21 storeys of Premium Grade office space.

The Tower is built from the bottom up with green building techniques and site management that is environmentally friendly.

The building is the first in South Australia to receive a 5 Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia and the largest in Australia to achieve this rating. 

City Central Tower 1 showcases the most extensive application of chilled beam technology in Australia and is the first corporate office building in Australia to do so.

Tower 1 has 21 storeys, over 30,000sqm of net lettable office space, basement car parking on two levels for over 170 cars and ground floor retail along with a landscaped plaza.

The building has full length double glazed windows that show panoramic views of the CBD as well as allowing a great level of natural light.  Light shelves will reduce the amount of glare within the building and allow for light to reach to centre areas of the floor.

The design and mechanics of the building have built-in innovations that maximise natural fuels and lighting and minimise unnatural impact.
