This mixed-use development, Cityscape on Swan includes residential units, a medical centre, office/showroom space, a cafe, an amenities area and a tennis court.
This project will be situated between the Great Eastern Highway and the Swan River in Rivervale and will help rehabilitate and reinvigorate the foreshore.
Davis Langdon Specification Services worked closely with collière menkens pickwell architects to produce two specifications. The ‘outline’ specification focused on BCA compliance criteria and was used for building approval purposes. The tender specification was written to clearly reflect the form of contract and procurement route and outlined contractor responsibilities and deliverables.
