Completion of Victoria’s first casino was achieved in 1998 involving the construction of a $1.5 billion complex.

The project includes a six star hotel, over 40 restaurants and cafes, 550 gaming machines 2,500 slot machines and much more with a total area of 500,000 m² of building.

Davis Langdon’s role was to act as independent expert advising the syndicate of banks providing construction finance. Our role included advice on adequacy of foundation monitoring, overview of cost reporting, quality system audits and programme monitoring.
