This is the first office building in Queensland to be awarded a 6-Star Green Star rating.
The project comprises seven storeys with two floors of underground parking. The ground floor, formed on twin plates with a central atrium, features retail outlets. Carbon dioxide emissions will be cut by more than 2,100 tonnes a year and a 200,000 litre rainwater tank will supply all toilets and landscape irrigation.
