Marketing of the first stage of the business park development at Dockland began March 1999 with construction of the 138 hectare site commencing shortly afterwards.
The development of this project is split into many stages to be completed over 10 to 12 years. Completion of the entire project is estimated to take place in the year 2010.
The overall plan is to create 150,000m² of office space, 2000 apartments, marinas for 400 boats and a waterfront promenade featuring shops, restaurants, cafes and galleries.
Included in the initial infrastructure budget is construction of Dudley Boulevard, a tree lined street 35 metres wide that will run through the heart of the office precinct.
Provision of cost management services throughout a two year feasibility stage. Provision of full cost planning of the first $60m development and provision of independent audit services for debt financiers for the first and $120m second stage.
We are currently providing cost management advice for the works to the edge of the waterfront and the associated landscaping.
