Dean was initially in the Davis Langdon Cape Town office as a student for two years and for a further one year after graduating from the University of Cape Town. In 1991 he moved to George as the on site agent for Davis Langdon for the prestigious Fancourt Hotel and Country Club Estate development. The George office was established in June 1992 and has been managed by Dean ever since.
