John qualified as a Quantity Surveyor in 1981 and became a partner in 1992.   He has overseas experience having worked in the USA, where he was seconded to a major architectural practice, and the Middle East.

His project experience includes hotels and resorts together with project finance/PPP for publicly procured capital projects, project management/project-coordination, Employer’s Agent role and forming and leading multi disciplinary teams drawn from within the practice.

His market sector experience includes custodial, healthcare, laboratories/research, office and retail, residential, education, civic, airports and project audit.
