Davis Langdon’s Marketing and HR teams work with Bristol-based recruitment agency, 33, on a graduate recruitment campaign and the innovative micro site – www.becausewearedavislangdon.co.uk - was developed as part of the communications blend. The firm beat off the competition with its site which is based around a visual theme of post-it notes and features video interviews with our people.
Richard Hubbard, Head of Marketing Communications at Davis Langdon commented on the win:
“Celebrating the success of our employer brand might seem at odds with some of the things being faced by our industry in the current difficult economic conditions. But it is nice to know that we are outperforming the employer branding market and this can only be a good thing come the upturn. It is particularly gratifying to trump some of the big names on the shortlist who would have huge teams to manage talent and their employer brand (with a budget to match).”
Onrec.com and Online Recruitment Magazine were launched in 2000 in response to the growth potential of internet recruitment. The company grew rapidly from being purely about job boards to encompass a range of applications to enable clients to recruit efficiently and cost-effectively online.
