Peter Morris, Principal and head of Davis Langdon’s Research Initiative, shares his expertise in sustainable design in an article for the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) Quarterly on “What Does Green Really Cost?” In the article, Peter reviews various major studies on the cost of green and compares their methodologies.  In summary, Peter reports that from the substantial weight of evidence in the marketplace, it is clear that reasonable levels of sustainable design can be incorporated into most building types at little or no additional cost.
