In conjunction with our Research team, Davis Langdon’s Sustainability group has established itself as foremost experts in the cost implications of greening. Consequently, we work with cities, universities, portfolio managers and owners to acquire and develop data on the cost/benefit implications of building to green standards. We have authored several articles on the subject and our team has frequently presented to industry participants on this issue. The results of our research have been used to develop appropriate incentives, establish realistic sustainability standards and boost market transformation.  We share this information with our clients so they can make fully informed decisions regarding their green building needs.
